Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using Pleto.

1. Provider
Pleto is operated by Francesco Coppo, sole trader, Tax Code CPPFNC06S11H501M, registered office in Via Cardinale Pacca, Rome (Italy). Contact: support@pleto-healty.com.
2. Service
Pleto generates meal plans, grocery lists, and recipes from your inputs. You must provide accurate information and use the service responsibly.
3. Not medical advice
Generated content is for convenience only and is not medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or special diets.
4. Account
You must keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or have a parent/guardian's consent).
5. Subscription & billing
The Unlimited plan is €14.99/month, billed via Stripe and renewing automatically until cancelled from your account page. Prices include applicable taxes where required.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, when you start using the digital service immediately after purchase you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for content already delivered. You can cancel future renewals at any time.
7. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service. Do not upload illegal content or content you do not have the right to use.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pleto is provided "as is". The provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including dietary outcomes.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer protections of the user's country of residence apply.
