1. Data Controller
The data controller of Pleto is Francesco Coppo, sole trader, Tax Code CPPFNC06S11H501M, registered office in Via Cardinale Pacca, Rome (Italy). Contact: support@pleto-healty.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect: account data (email, name), authentication data, content you upload (notes, files) to generate meal plans, billing data processed by Stripe, and basic usage/diagnostic data.
3. How we use your data
Your uploads are used to generate meal plans, grocery lists, and recipes for your account. We use account and billing data to operate the service, provide support, and process payments.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing is based on contract performance (art. 6.1.b GDPR), legal obligations (art. 6.1.c), and legitimate interest in maintaining service reliability and security (art. 6.1.f).
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted processors strictly to operate the service: Supabase (hosting & database), Stripe (payments), Brevo (transactional email), and AI model providers (to generate meal plans from your inputs).
6. Retention
Account and content data are retained while your account is active. You can delete uploaded notes from the app at any time. Billing records are retained as required by Italian tax law (10 years).
7. Your rights
You can access, rectify, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your data. Email support@pleto-healty.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
8. International transfers
Some processors may operate outside the EU. Where applicable, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the EU Commission.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email.
